Using Two Free Sources To Leverage Online Marketing Trends

Here are two free resources for leveraging online marketing trends and stepping in front of traffic that is on the up-word climb.  The first one that I use is the Google Keyword Planner and the second tool that I take advantage of is Google Trends.  I open them both up in two separate browser windows.  I simply start off with the Keyword Planner and I research for phrases that are in demand or have search volume to them and then the second part is I then past that same phrase into Google Trends and see what that particular phrase is doing.  Now if it is going down don't sweat it to much yet!

Let me explain...

Play around with your keywords and phrases and see which ones are trending up.  Pick different area's of your niche. Like sub-niches and drill down your keyword searches and that is how you will find the winners.  Using Online Marketing Trends is a good strategy just to see how the overall picture of that market and niche is doing.  If based on a lot of time and research you have done and haven't really found any upword trends taking place then maybe that particular niche or product is dropping off.  Rather than spend a lot of time into something that is really not growing its is going to be a lot more difficult to get good results.  Follow?  hope so!  You understand and follow this and practice this you can create some pretty easy upfront cash flow for your main business or just use this as your career as a marketer all together.
